SIGN Triple P is looking for an independent, passionate and experienced facilitator, who is primarily responsible
for the delivery of Triple P programs to parents of children ages 0 16. The successful individual will engage in training and accreditation and will facilitate the Triple P curriculum in Yorkton, Fort QuAppelle and surrounding area.
Expectations:
Provide education and facilitation to clients and families that is consistent with the Triple P mandate;
Use effective interpersonal skills to communicate complex and sensitive information;
Use the Triple P self-regulatory framework model to mentor other practitioners & parents;
Provide a consistently high standard of support for parents;
Work with a high degree of accountability and integrity;
Assess, evaluate, plan, and revise program delivery when appropriate;
Assist parents in accessing additional community supports and services when appropriate;
Prepare and submit accurate reports and records including input of data;
Coordinate and implement regular PASS Meetings;
Attend and complete trainings and accreditations, as required by the Manager and Triple P;
Ability to work flexible hours daytime, evenings and weekends;
Travel throughout the Triple P Yorkton & Fort QuAppelle service areas
Qualifications and experience:
Degree, diploma and/or experience in a field appropriate to the position is preferred;
Experience delivering training and teaching in a group setting as well as on an individual basis;
Valid Drivers license;
A Clean Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sector Check from RCMP is required.
