Overview:
As part of the Department of Community & Leisure Services, the City of Humboldt is seeking to fill multiple full-time seasonal positions. The position is expected to start in early May and is anticipated to be approximately 4 months long.

Under the direction of the Parks Supervisor, seasonal employees will perform duties such as lawn care, landscaping support, cemetery maintenance, general cleaning tasks, and assisting with upkeep of City facilities. Seasonal staff will work alongside a supportive team to help maintain safe, clean, and welcoming community spaces. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on, outdoor work throughout the summer season.

Compensation:
-This is an in-scope (union) position under CUPE Local 2359 with a starting rate of pay of $19.07 per hour (2025 rate)
-General work schedule is a 40-hour week
-Employees are eligible to participate in the Municipal Employees' Pension Plan
-Employees have access to a free leisure pass

Qualifications:
-Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's License
-Knowledge in general maintenance of equipment and buildings is an asset
