W.F Botkin Construction Ltd. is seeking an experienced and motivated Traffic Accommodation Supervisor to oversee and coordinate traffic control operations on our road construction projects. This position is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant traffic management that protects workers, the public, and equipment on all worksites.
Required Experience:
-Plan, implement, and supervise traffic accommodation strategies on construction projects
-Ensure all traffic control setups meet provincial and municipal regulations
-Interpret project drawings and traffic accommodation plans
-Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, municipalities, and inspectors
-Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
-Maintain proper documentation including daily reports, hazard assessments, and safety meetings
-Ensure proper signage, barricades, and detours are installed and maintained
-Monitor changing site conditions and adjust traffic control plans as required
-Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures
