The company's network infrastructure utilizes a hybrid of grid, wind, and solar power, reflecting its commitment to environmental sustainability.   We are now hiring a Network Support Technician to work with us.  Responsibilities: Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software for wireless internet systems and customer premises equipment Monitor and test network performance and ensure systems are operating optimally Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues for customers and internal systems Assist with configuring routers, switches, modems, and other telecommunications hardware Perform routine network maintenance and system upgrades, including firmware updates and patch management Provide technical support to field technicians and assist with remote problem resolution Maintain documentation of installations, configurations, and troubleshooting activities Coordinate with suppliers and third-party service providers for equipment and support as needed.
