Description

Pharmasave #406 is looking for a full-time Front Store Manager to join our team in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.

Schedule:
-Full-time (40 hours/week)
-Regular shifts will be scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening or weekend requirements as needed

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead front store operations aligned with strategic goals
-Promote Neighbourly Pharmacy policies and a positive workplace culture
-Oversee cash handling, banking, reporting, store security, and opening/closing procedures
-Manage front store staffing, hiring, performance, and discipline with HR support
-Maintain inventory control, cycle counts, pricing, and shrink management
-Support budgeting, purchasing, promotions, merchandising, and POP materials
-Complete administrative tasks, including timesheets, billing, and OHS
-Perform other duties to support store leadership

Qualifications
-2+ years of retail management experience (preferred)
-Strong leadership, communication, and peoplemanagement skills
-Finestra experience is an asset
-Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
-Valid driver's licence and Criminal Record Check required
