TEMPORARY FULL-TIME EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATOR

West Ridge Childcare Centre is seeking an Temporary Full-Time Early Childhood Educator to join our team. We are looking for passionate, energetic individuals to support children aged 6 weeks to 12 years in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities
- Maintain supervision and ensure safety at all times
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Keep accurate developmental and attendance records
- Support a welcoming, team-oriented classroom atmosphere

Qualifications:
- ECE Certificate/Diploma preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification required
- Current Food Safety Certificate required (must be completed within the last 3 years).
- Clear Criminal Record Check, Criminal Occurrence Security Check, and Vulnerable Sector Verification (issued within the last 6 months)

Skills:
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable, organized, and enthusiastic about early learning

Position Details:
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- Closed on statutory holidays
- Wage range: $15.35 - $28.50 per hour, depending on qualifications
- These positions do not offer PR/SINP sponsorship
