JS Truckmart is hiring a 1A Truck Driver to join our growing team.  We offer competitive pay, health care spending account, company matched RRSP plan, and other benefits.  

If you have a positive attitude and enjoy working mostly weekdays and driving a brand new semi we are looking for you!

Our drivers pick up salvage vehicles on a daily basis during the week (Monday to Friday).  Travel between Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba is required, but you can expect to be home on weekends and holidays.  

- Permanent full-time position, with guaranteed hours all year round
- MUST have a valid class 1A license with air brake endorsement and no restrictions
- Day to day general maintenance of truck & trailer
- Ability to use Elog as per trucking regulations (requires a cellular phone with data)
- Safety conscious
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Written & verbal English skills are required
- Flexibility to drive multiple units as required (deck truck, truck & trailer, cube van)
- Basic knowledge of maintenance requirements for heavy trucks
