Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of full-time Grocery Supervisor at our Food Store location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Grocery Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Supervise and support front-line team members during shifts.
Train, coach, and mentor new and existing team members.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized department.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving stock as assigned.
Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
You can work unsupervised and plan and organize your own work and the work of others.
You have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
You are familiar with Food Safe procedures and practices.
You have the ability to fulfill physical job requirements, heavy lifting, repetitive movements, standing entire shift.
You have a flexible work schedule; weekend and evening work is required.
