Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cabinet Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will play an important role in the final stage of cabinet production, ensuring that finished kitchens and interior installations meet company quality standards. This position requires experience in cabinet installation and millwork, along with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install custom cabinetry according to specifications and quality standards;
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work order specifications to determine layout and installation procedures.
- Measure and mark guidelines to ensure accurate installation;
- Install, repair, and service interior prefabricated products such as kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, doors, windows, and household fixtures using hand and power tools;
- Install, repair, and service exterior prefabricated products such as siding, shutters, awnings, fencing, decks, and related structures as required;
- Ensure all installations meet company standards and customer expectations;
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment;
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients;

Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in millwork or cabinet installation;
- Knowledge of cabinet construction and assembly;
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings;
- Valid drivers license required;
- On-the-job training and several months of related installation experience are required.
