JOB SUMMARY - Come help bring our new menu to life! We're looking for someone with a passion for hospitality and creativity. If you have kitchen experience or even just a great personality and willingness to learn, this job is for you! You'll need to liaise with suppliers, other staff and management to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Opening/Closing Kitchen
Maintenance of Daily/Weekly & Periodic Deep Clean Duties
Food prep
Manage all aspects of the kitchen alongside the General Manager
Take charge in promoting and growing our new food offerings
Help establish Escape Manor as a premiere entertainment brand in the city
Enable a fun work environment and ensure productivity
Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, BOH and all Food Storage areas
Develop storage and inventory systems for Supplies and Sundries
Ensure venue is fully stocked with all necessary supplies and backups
