Description

Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to join our Regina, SK team. The Senior Procurement Analyst will assist the team in supporting the development and execution of assigned commodity sourcing requirements for all Brandt Group of Companies spread throughout North America, New Zealand, and Australia. The role will collaboratively use supplier and market data, and perform activities that support all operations in sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationships. This position will assist in execution of sourcing projects, and interact with other Procurement groups and stakeholders to implement relevant strategies for assigned commodity. This position will manage agreements, establish strong links with business stakeholders and suppliers to facilitate and implement planning, sourcing and contracting pursuits.

Duties and Responsibilities
-Analyze spend portfolio and determine overall procurement approach for assigned areas based on magnitude of dollars, strategic importance, and opportunity for value delivery.
-Manage and coordinate service contracts (like snow removal, landscaping, janitorial, waste etc), and other facilities-related needs, ensuring timely execution and strong vendor relationships.
-Support utilities management by maintaining basic knowledge of electricity, gas, and water supply requirements assisting in vendor coordination and cost monitoring.

Required Experience
-Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
-Relevant work experience, preferably in Procurement or Supply Chain.
