Were seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative individual who brings expertise in policy analysis and development and stakeholder engagement.

An employee in this job will lead project teams for strategic policy development to initiate policy renewal and systemic change. This position will focus on providing advice and support to internal WSA branches to manage complex and multi-year projects, influence internal and external stakeholders, and manage cross-ministry relationships.

This is a dynamic, high-impact position requiring strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills to align policy work with broader government and agency goals.

The successful candidate will have a degree in either Public Policy, Public Administration, Geography, Land Use Planning, Natural Resource Management, Resource Economics or related fields of study and 5 years of relevant experience.

An equivalent combination of education and experience would be considered and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered an asset.
