A to Z Electrical Services  Saskatoon
$25$30/hour depending on experience
You must currently live in or around Saskatoon to be considered for this position.

A to Z Electrical is a growing Saskatoon-based electrical company focused on dependable service, strong customer relationships, and organized internal systems.

We are looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to help ensure customers receive a professional and positive experience from their first call through to the completion of their service.

This role serves as the communication bridge between customers and technicians, helping keep schedules organized and information accurate so work flows smoothly throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Schedule service appointments and manage booking requests
Communicate clearly with customers about appointment timing and service details
Coordinate daily technician schedules and maintain the dispatch board
Create and maintain accurate job records in ServiceTitan
Ensure job notes and customer details are properly documented
Communicate with technicians to gather missing job information when needed
Help keep communication flowing smoothly between the field and office

Reliable with strong follow-through
Comfortable learning new software and systems

Preferred Experience

Customer service or scheduling experience
Dispatch or coordination experience
CRM or service software experience (ServiceTitan is an asset)
Experience working in trades or service-based industries
