We are growing our team in Tisdale, Saskatchewan and looking for motivated mill operators who take pride in safe, highperformance and quality manufacturing. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Perform daily pre-operation checks, grain transfer, grading, milling, packaging, and warehouse tasks in accordance with food safety and workplace safety protocols
- Operate and monitor process systems and equipment to grind, extract, fractionate, and package plant-based food ingredients to meet product specifications and yields
- Perform ingredient sampling and assist QA with quality inspections
- Record production and food safety information
- Perform equipment and facility cleaning tasks
- Troubleshoot and maintain milling and packaging equipment
- Assist leadership in identifying opportunities to improve throughput, inventory handling, and cost efficiency

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Experience in mill operation or food production is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
