Strong knowledge of labour market trends, recruitment practices, and employment programs is essential, along with the ability to identify programming options, recommend improvements, and support colleagues as part of a collaborative team. Postsecondary education in social sciences, human resources, or related fields, or equivalent experience supporting clients and employers with training, employment, and recruitment services, is typically required.
