Description

We are looking for an Agricultural Equipment Mechanic for our client in Regina.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Inspect, diagnose, and repair agricultural equipment such as tractors, combines, sprayers, and other farm machinery.
2. Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, lubrication, and replacement of worn parts.
3. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems.
4. Adjust, repair, or replace defective components and systems.
5. Test repaired equipment to ensure proper performance and safety.
6. Maintain service records and repair documentation.
7. Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and regulations.
8. Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory of parts and supplies.

Qualifications:

1. Completion of secondary school required.
2. Completion of an apprenticeship program or experience as an agricultural equipment mechanic is preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
4. Ability to diagnose equipment problems efficiently.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Valid drivers license is an asset.
