Warner Industries is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Regina Truck Sales Team.
Behind every successful deal is a strong Sales Coordinator ensuring every detail is accurate, every document is complete, and every Customer experience runs smoothly from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Administer and support the full Sales process
- Coordinate between Sales, Finance, Parts, and Service Teams
- Handle Customer inquiries professionally and promptly
- Ensure Sales inventory records, documentation, and transactions are accurate
- Prepare and process Sales paperwork and related documentation
- Provide support to the F&I Representative and assist with vehicle deliveries
- Maintain organized records and internal procedures
- Support a high-performing Sales Team focused on exceptional Customer experiences
What You'll Bring
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a Team atmosphere
- Background or education in business, sales, finance, or accounting
- Heavy-duty Truck/Trailer industry experience (asset)
- 1A Driver's License (asset)
