Key strengths include case management, permanency planning, placement coordination, and ensuring the physical, social, psychological, cultural, and educational needs of children in care are met. Qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Work or Bachelor of Indigenous Social Work from an accredited university approved by SASW/CASW or CASWE. Candidates must be able to travel, work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and transport children or parents as needed.
