Innovation Saskatchewan is looking for a Director, Property Management.

Reporting to the Vice President, Research & Technology Park Operations, the Director of Property Management plays a key role in shaping the Innovation Saskatchewan Research and Technology (R+T) Parks in Regina and Saskatoon. This role provides strategic oversight of property management operations including financial management, lease administration, championing sustainability initiatives and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create exceptional experiences for R+T Park tenants.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of property management processes, excels at building and maintaining meaningful relationships and is skilled at analyzing data to improve operations, workflows and overall service delivery.
