E. Bourassa & Sons, a Redhead Equipment company, has an exciting career opportunity for a NAPA Auto Parts Person Outside Sales at our Assiniboia location.

At Redhead Equipment we do Whatever It Takes to meet the needs of our customers and have been doing so for 75 years. We deliver the most dependable brands of agricultural, truck and construction equipment across 14 locations in Saskatchewan.

This position will be responsible for providing front-line customer service while supporting parts sales, inventory control, and day-to-day store operations.

Key Abilities:
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and build strong relationships.
- Manage and grow your assigned sales territory through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Develop long-term partnerships with repair shops, fleets and commercial accounts.
- Travel within local communities to generate new business and expand the customer base.

Ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills and organizational skills
-Automotive parts or service experience
- Valid drivers license
