Job description:

Reporting to the Manager, Maternal & Childrens Clinical Integration, the Maternal and Childrens Outreach Coordinator is responsible for the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of Maternal and Childrens Provincial Programs education, quality improvement, clinical benchmarks, safety, and service delivery initiatives.

Experience
- Minimum one (1) year experience in an adult educator role
- Minimum one (1) year experience in program, education and resource development
- 3 years of recent experience in perinatal/obs and/or pediatric nursing
- Minimum one (1) year experience in coordination, implementation and evaluation
Education
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing, Master level preferred
Licenses
- Valid Class 4 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Advanced maternal child training and/or certification preferred
- Instructor trainer certification preferred eg) FHS, NRP, PEARs, PALS
- Eligibility to pursue or current instructor certification is required
