E. Bourassa & Sons, a Redhead Equipment company has an exciting career opportunity for a Parts Manager at our Radville location.

At Redhead Equipment we do Whatever It Takes to meet the needs of our customers and have been doing so for 75 years. We deliver the most dependable brands of agricultural, truck and construction equipment across 14 locations in Saskatchewan.

This position will be responsible to lead, mentor and guide the Parts team within the branch.
Key Abilities:
-Develop a clear vision, structure and goals for the parts department to maximize growth opportunities.
-Ensure the department builds strong relationship with customers by delivering top caliber customer service.
-Coordinate with other departments and branches to provide exceptional service.
-Manage a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department and over the counter customers.

Ideal candidate will possess the following:
-Post-secondary education in Management or experience in a management role
-Two of more years of experience in parts sales and maintaining inventory.
-Product knowledge of agricultural, construction and/or truck and transport equipment parts
-Commitment to providing superior customer service.
