Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of full-time File Maintenance Clerk based out of our Administrative Office location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Collaborate with Team Leaders & Federated Co-operatives Limited to manage and resolve fuel inquiries and discrepancies.
Oversee audits and posting of customer petroleum invoices and fuel drivers paperwork.
Complete weekly, periodic, and year end reconciliations of petroleum general ledger accounts.
Process litre, margin, claims, cardlock, and house card reports.
Oversee and execute semi- weekly and on demand bulk and pump fuel pricing for all locations, customers and resellers.
Verify fuel prices and key in updated selling prices.
Manage cardlock card orders and inquiries.
Complete various reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Adhere to the Safety Management and Asset Protection systems, policies, procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
You have your high school diploma and have completed formal training in business administration, accounting, office education or have equivalent experience.
You have working knowledge of Co-operative Retailing System Bulk Record Information Computerized (BRIC) functions which would be considered an asset.
You have working knowledge of Co-operative Retailing System legacy systems and JD Edwards which would be considered assets.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Outlook, Excel) and can adapt to new technology.
You are goals driven, attentive to detail, and hold precision and accuracy as core values.
