E. Bourassa & Sons, a Redhead Equipment company , has an exciting career opportunity for a NAPA Auto Parts Person at our Weyburn location.

At Redhead Equipment we do Whatever It Takes to meet the needs of our customers and have been doing so for 75 years. We deliver the most dependable brands of agricultural, truck and construction equipment across 14 locations in Saskatchewan.

This position will be responsible for providing front-line customer service while supporting parts sales, inventory control, and day-to-day store operations.

Key Abilities:
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and build strong relationships.
- Research and identify automotive parts and solutions.
- Maintain organized inventory and stocked displays.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, warehouse duties, and parts deliveries as required.

Ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Valid drivers license
- Forklift experience is considered an asset but not required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is an asset but not required.
