The Swift Current Housing Authority has an opportunity for a permanent, full time Building Services, Level 3 worker to join their team.  If you are ambitious and skilled in building and property maintenance, we would love to hear from you!

This position is responsible to:
- Ensure housing units are rent ready by undertaking building maintenance and minor repairs
- Maintain equipment and inventory
- Assist with garbage removal and janitorial duties
- Groundskeeping, including grass cutting and snow removal

Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Knowledge of the basic techniques in a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, painting, flooring, and electrical
- Experience repairing building mechanical equipment, custodial, and maintenance work
- Ensure day-to-day operations are handled promptly and effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:
- Grade 12 education, basic computer skills, supplemented with some experience in a maintenance and repair environment OR an equivalent combination is required
- Ability to participate in a regular, continuous on call program for emergencies, including evening, weekend, and holiday coverage
- A valid drivers license, reliable, roadworthy vehicle, and an approved Enhanced (Vulnerable Sector) criminal record check are conditions of employment
