Join our team as a leader in property assessment. You will guide a group of skilled assessors, support the creation of accurate market value assessments, and contribute to the development of the annual Assessment Roll. This role supports strong valuation practices, effective workflows, and positive team development while working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Strong knowledge in property valuation methods including cost, income, and direct sales comparison
- Proven leadership ability with experience coaching, mentoring, and guiding teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with the public, elected officials, and partner departments
- A relevant degree and professional appraisal designation with extensive experience in residential or commercial valuation
