Acme Enterprises Inc. is currently seeking an Office Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be attentive to detail, flexible, self-motivated and have the ability to multitask and work independently. The successful candidate should also have proficient knowledge and understanding of accounting practices and data entry.
This opportunity is a 3-day per week position from 8:00am to 4:00pm, with the potential of full-time hours for the right candidate. The position will also require the individual to provide coverage for the Office Manager when she is on vacation, etc. Our office has very minimal walk-in traffic and is considered a casual attire workplace.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- General Reception Duties
- Providing Administrative and general office support
- Fundamental accounting including invoicing, A/P and A/R
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience with QuickBooks or other Computer Accounting Packages
- Have 3+ years of Administrative experience
- Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and proficient computer skills
- Prepare correspondence, including letters, emails etc.
- Maintain filing systems for A/P and A/R
- Be detail oriented
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Have good judgement and work ethics
- Be able to work with diverse individuals and have a good attitude
