The In House Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of Avanas residential buildings and community spaces. The In House Cleaner supports both routine cleaning needs and project based work such as suite turnovers and show suite preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas across assigned properties.
Complete full floor cleaning for 3000 Trombley and the 4 building apartment complex.
Empty and replace common area garbage receptacles.
Conduct daily garbage and litter pick up around building exteriors.
Support suite turnover cleaning, moving toward fully managed in house turnover processes.
Conduct regular show suite cleans, adapting priorities based on leasing activity (e.g., open houses, high traffic periods).
Perform touch up cleans for vacant or newly refreshed suites as required.
Collaborate with Property Management to prioritize urgent suite needs and ensure readiness for residents.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow established procedures.
Physical ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks such as lifting, bending and navigating multiple floors.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with Property Management and Operations teams.
