Description

Explore this full-time opportunity as Registration Coordinator responsible for maintaining, organizing and ensuring accurate data entry of member applications, registrations and renewals with our Client, a reputable professional association in Regina!
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will:

Registration Services
- Manage member registrations and renewals, ensuring all applications are organized for the Registrar`s approval.
- Create member communications and respond to enquiries regarding registration and renewals.
- Check for documentation regarding name change, check for payment and process requests.
- Send correspondence to members and students regarding webinars, updates, AGM, newsletters, etc.

Online System Management
- Oversee and administer the online system. Input data on member status and changes.
- Develop database reports, queries and reports for committee chairs and stakeholders as needed.
- Identify system enhancements, resolve database technical issues and collaborate with the service provider.  

Administrative Services
- Maintain/update the member filing system, run payment reports, proof documents and coordinate mailouts.

You will bring:
- Related office education is an asset, as well as experience in handling large volumes of intricate data entry tasks.
- Strong writing capabilities and experience in creating advanced and effective databases for tracking membership data, conferences, and related activities.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher and PowerPoint.
- Strong analysis skills and organized, with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.  
- Excellent communication abilities when addressing inquiries from members and the public.
- Enjoys working in a friendly, small team environment.

Hours of work:  M-F 8:00-4:00 pm, 37.5 hrs/wk
