The Production and Operations Manager is responsible for keeping the company running smoothly. This role ensures that products are built, orders are shipped, and internal operations stay organized and efficient.

You will lead both the production and administrative teams, working closely with the production supervisor to plan production, manage inventory, and keep customer orders moving. You will also oversee office operations and financial processes, supporting the administrative staff responsible for bookkeeping and day-to-day office administration.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, improving processes, and helping teams stay organized and productive.
We will train you on our products and internal systems. You bring strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and the drive for getting things done.

Responsibilities
* Oversee production to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
* Work with the production supervisor to plan production based on sales forecasts.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing of parts and supplies.
* Support supply chain coordination with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
* Oversee office administration and internal business processes.
* Supervise administrative staff responsible for bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable and payroll.
* Ensure internal financial reporting is completed on schedule.
* Oversee administration of the company group benefits plan.
* Facilitate the onboarding and training process for new members of the company.
* Manage multiple priorities and help improve operational systems and workflows.
* Other duties as assigned.
