Office Administrator
Seeking a professional, reliable Office Administrator to support daily office operations.
Duties include:
answering calls and inquiries,
scheduling appointments,
quoting and booking assignments,
data entry,
scanning,
general administrative support.
Requirements:
office experience is a must,
proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel and Outlook,
strong communication and customer service skills,
ability to prioritize tasks.
Details:
$20.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
Flexible three to five days per week depending on the candidate. We are open to either part-time or full-time arrangements for the right applicant.
