Description

Support the manager in operating total store requirements
Responsible for coaching and mentoring sales team
Track record of supporting others in setting goals
Supervise clerks and shelf stockers
Resolve problem such as customer complaints and supply shortages  
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Organize and maintain inventory
Sell merchandise, prepare reports on sales volume and handle cash
Conduct performance reviews
Resolve work related issues with team members
Perform all other duties assigned by manager
