Bandit Energy Services is seeking Hydrovac Swampers to join our growing Hydrovac Operations within our Bandit Daylighting Division.
Hydrovac Swampers assist operators with daylighting, excavation, pipeline exposure, utility locating, and construction support services across oilfield, municipal, and industrial job sites.

Responsibilities
Assist Hydrovac Operators with excavation and daylighting operations
Handle hydrovac hoses and excavation equipment safely
Assist with pipeline exposure, utility daylighting, and trench excavation
Perform general labour duties on construction and oilfield sites
Help set up safe work zones around excavation areas
Maintain clean and safe work areas following company HSE policies
Assist with cleaning and basic maintenance of hydrovac units and equipment
Work safely around heavy equipment and underground utilities
Follow direction from supervisors and operators
Provide professional customer service on job sites
Be available for emergency or after-hours callouts when required

Experience as a Hydrovac Swamper, Construction Labourer, or Oilfield Labourer considered an asset
Valid Class 5 drivers license required
Air Brakes endorsement considered an asset
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs or more
Valid safety tickets including but not limited to:
H2S Alive
Standard First Aid
Ground Disturbance Level II (201)
CSO
WHMIS
Fall Protection
Additional certifications considered assets:
Confined Space Monitor / Rescue
Oilfield or pipeline experience
Hydrovac experience
Able to pass preemployment A&D Testing Mandatory
