Job Role:
The Cocktailer is responsible for serving food and beverage items to guests on the casino floor and show lounge areas within the casino including processing payments, describing menu items and ensuring cleanliness of assigned area. This position reports to a Food & Beverage Shift Manager.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of Grade 10 and a minimum of one (1) year experience in the hospitality industry including 6 months serving and handling and balancing cash or monetary transactions.

Work Eligibility:
All applicants must be at least 19 years of age to apply. You must be able to obtain and maintain a Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority - Gaming Employee Certificate of Registration. You must be willing to work different shifts which include evenings, nights and weekends. You must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
