At Pattison Ag we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT & EVOLVE with us! We are looking for a JD Connected Support Expert to work remotely in SK. As a MACHINE MONITORING SPECIALIST you will provide remote support by monitoring/responding to equipment alerts & trouble codes on a variety of JD systems.

You will:
-Manage Expert Alert notifications for all locations
-Manage High & Critical Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs), verify accuracy, create work orders, communicate w/Service Dept, track repairs
-Use various systems to verify alert accuracy
-Meet JD standards for Machine Health Monitoring
-Remotely push required equipment software as needed
-Monitor Modular Telematics Gateway (MTG) movement in/out of Org
-Manage location tooling, work w/vendors to ensure devices meet OHS standards
-Manage interbranch Tool Loans
-Assist Job Code Admin in creating/maintaining Pricing Database in Expert Services & building of service packages/ValueMax inspections
-Facilitate training of new/existing employees on systems

You have:
-Trouble shooting/problem-solving abilities in an ag env
-Connected Support experience
-Ability to work flexible schedule & be on call
-Experience with MS Office, dealer business & internet-based systems
-Valid drivers licence
-5+ years exp in Ag dealership w/technical background
