Description

We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of equipment including skid steers, loaders, trucks, and other construction equipment.

This position requires strong mechanical knowledge, the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently, and a commitment to keeping equipment operating safely and reliably.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic issues

Perform preventative maintenance on heavy equipment

Repair and service skid steers, loaders, trucks, and related equipment

Troubleshoot electrical and engine issues

Maintain accurate service records

Work safely and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

Experience working on heavy equipment and diesel engines

Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems

Ability to diagnose mechanical issues efficiently

Valid driver's license

Ability to work independently

Strong work ethic and reliability

Preferred (but not required):

Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician certification

Experience with skid steers, loaders, and construction equipment

Welding or fabrication experience
