Description

Diagnose and repair cellular phones, tablets, and other mobile communication devices to restore their functionality.

Install and configure mobile network equipment, including cell towers and wireless communication systems, to ensure connectivity.

Identify and resolve hardware or software issues in cellular devices and networks through diagnostic procedures.

Conduct tests on cellular devices and network equipment to ensure they meet required performance and quality standards.

Provide assistance and support to customers by answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and advising on device upgrades or repairs.

Ensure cellular devices are updated with the latest software versions and correctly configured for optimal performance.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service activities to ensure proper tracking and accountability.

Inspect devices and equipment for defects before returning them to customers to ensure the highest standards of service.

Collaborate with other technicians or engineers to solve complex problems and ensure efficient service delivery.
