Description

The Town of Nipawin, in partnership with the Saskatchewan Seniors Mechanism, is seeking a Community Connector to support adults aged 55+ in maintaining independence, improving wellbeing, and strengthening connections within the community.

The Community Connector works directly with older adults to identify needs and connect them with community programs, services, volunteer opportunities, and support that improve social connection and quality of life.  The role focuses on addressing barriers that may impact wellbeing, including isolation and limited access to services.

This position works collaboratively with healthcare providers, community organizations, local partners, and reports to a Steering Committee made up of community and partner representatives.
