Description

We are a New Home Construction company looking for a handyman/woman with various skills in repairing various items in new home builds.
Service department role requires strong interpersonal abilities as they interact with new home owners on a regular basis
- Clear communication and professionalism, reliable and punctuality
- Problem solving and adaptability.
- General repairs walls, ceilings and floors, basic carpentry
- Painting & surface work of interiors painting; patching, sanding and paint touch ups
- Able to operate various power tools (drills, saws, sanders)
- Use of ladders, measuring tools
- Ability to lift, climb and bend and perform physical tasks.  Working in varied environments indoors/outdoors.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and must have a Class 5 drivers license.
