Description

PWM Hydraulics is a hydraulic cylinder manufacturer. We are currently looking for a permanent full-time based individual in our Yorkton Plant.

We pride ourselves in producing high quality custom cylinders to meet our customers needs, from our in-house engineering design to the finished product being delivered on our customers specified schedule. Our focus is providing this service to agricultural, mining, industrial, oil & gas, as well as the transportation sector to help them achieve more productivity and profit.

We are looking to hire a motivated & organized HR & Safety Coordinator in our Yorkton plant. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment activities including job postings and applicant coordination
Support employee onboarding, orientation, and training records
Maintain personnel files and HR documentation
Assist in administering company policies and procedures
Support workplace safety programs and maintain safety documentation
Help coordinate safety meetings, training, and incident reporting
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Assist with administrative tasks related to HR and safety programs
Communicate effectively with management and employees
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Adhere to company policies and safe work practices

Requirements:
Previous experience in Human Resources, Safety, or office administration preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments considered an asset
Must live in Canada and have permission to work in Canada
