PWM Hydraulics Ltd / PWM Dynamics is a hydraulic cylinder manufacturer.  We pride ourselves in producing high quality custom cylinders to meet our customers needs, from our in-house engineering design to the finished product being delivered on our customers specified schedule. Our focus is providing this service to agricultural, mining, industrial, oil & gas, as well as the transportation sector to help them achieve more productivity and profit.

We are looking to hire an experienced Journeyperson or Apprentice Welders for full-time positions in Yorkton, SK. These roles involve cylindrical steel welding in the flat positions, automatic/robotic welding, blueprint reading, and safety focus, with competitive pay, benefits, and shift rotations.

Responsibilities:

Follow and verify quality control requirements per check sheets and specification instructions.
Welding: performing high-quality welding on steel hydraulic cylinder components in flat positions.
Inspection: conducting 100% visual weld inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Safety: adhering strictly to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
Operation: operating welding machines and other shop equipment.
Upholding a positive work culture, teamwork and company core values.

Requirements:

Journeyperson or Red Seal Certified.
Continued apprenticeship enrolled diploma or certificate.
Current 5+ years professional job experience holding CWB (Canadian Welding Bureau) Certification is an asset.
Ability to read and interpret complex welding blueprints.
Experience welding steel hydraulic cylinders with MCAW process.
Role Type: Full-time positions (day/evening shifts available).
Must provide ones own transportation and independency to be at work as expected.
Must live in Canada and have permission to work in Canada.
