PWM Hydraulics is a hydraulic cylinder manufacturer. We are currently looking for a permanent full-time based individual in our Yorkton Plant.

We pride ourselves in producing high quality custom cylinders to meet our customers needs, from our in-house engineering design to the finished product being delivered on our customers specified schedule. Our focus is providing this service to agricultural, mining, industrial, oil & gas, as well as the transportation sector to help them achieve more productivity and profit.

We are looking to hire a motivated & hard-working Packaging/Rigging team member in our Yorkton plant. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities:
-Package and prepare hydraulic cylinders and components for shipping
-Use hoists, slings, and rigging equipment to safely move heavy parts
-Build and secure skids, crates, and pallets as needed
-Follow shipping documentation and customer specifications
-Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided if needed)
-Perform routine shop clean-up and assist other departments when required
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
-Conscious of and adherence to safe work practices

Requirements:
-Previous experience in packaging, rigging, shipping/receiving, or related work considered an asset
-Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
-Ability to safely lift and handle heavy objects
-Must live in Canada and have permission to work in Canada
