JR & Co Roofing Contractors Inc. is seeking an experienced Roof Repair Foreman / Lead Technician to join our growing Repair Division. This role involves diagnosing roof leaks, performing commercial roof repairs, and leading a small crew on repair and maintenance work.

We are looking for a dependable and skilled roofer who takes pride in quality workmanship and can troubleshoot roofing issues on commercial flat roofing systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a small repair crew

Diagnose roof leaks and roofing deficiencies

Perform repairs on commercial flat roofing systems including SBS, TPO, and EPDM

Complete preventative maintenance and remedial repair work

Communicate site findings to the Repair Division Coordinator and management

Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites

Complete work orders, job notes, and site photos

Assist with staging materials and tools

Follow company safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications

35 years commercial roofing experience (flat roofing preferred)

Experience diagnosing and repairing roof leaks

Familiarity with SBS, TPO, EPDM, and flashing details

Leadership or foreman experience considered an asset

Valid drivers license

Ability to work outdoors and occasionally travel for work

Required Skills

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

Attention to detail and quality workmanship

Proficiency with roofing tools and equipment

Ability to lead a crew and manage time effectively

Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
