Description

PWM Hydraulics is a hydraulic cylinder manufacturer. We are currently looking for a permanent full-time based individual in our Yorkton Plant.

We pride ourselves in producing high quality custom cylinders to meet our customers needs, from our in-house engineering design to the finished product being delivered on our customers specified schedule. Our focus is providing this service to agricultural, mining, industrial, oil & gas, as well as the transportation sector to help them achieve more productivity and profit.

We are looking to hire a motivated & organized Office Manager in our Yorkton plant. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and work independently while supporting a team environment.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and administrative activities
Coordinate office procedures and ensure efficient workflow
Maintain company records, files, and documentation
Assist with internal communications and general office coordination
Support accounting, HR, and administrative functions as required
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office supplies
Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Communicate effectively with management, staff, and external contacts
Adhere to company policies and safe work practices

Requirements:
Previous experience in office administration or office management preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment considered an asset
Must live in Canada and have permission to work in Canada
