Description

PWM Hydraulics is a hydraulic cylinder manufacturer. We are currently looking for a permanent full-time based individual in our Yorkton Plant.

We pride ourselves in producing high quality custom cylinders to meet our customers needs, from our in-house engineering design to the finished product being delivered on our customers specified schedule. Our focus is providing this service to agricultural, mining, industrial, oil & gas, as well as the transportation sector to help them achieve more productivity and profit.

We are looking to hire an experienced & motivated General Manager to oversee operations at our Yorkton plant. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills, along with experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing facility
Lead and support management, production, and administrative teams
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
Ensure company goals, policies, and procedures are followed
Monitor production performance, quality standards, and safety practices
Work with engineering, production, and administrative departments to support business objectives
Manage budgets, resources, and operational planning
Communicate effectively with senior leadership, staff, and external partners
Promote a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork and safety

Requirements:
Previous management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and make strategic decisions
Experience with operational planning and team management
Understanding of manufacturing processes considered an asset
Must live in Canada and have permission to work in Canada
