Key Responsibilities:
?    Deliver comprehensive primary care services to individuals and families across the lifespan
?    Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to advance community health initiatives
?    Mentor and support nursing staff while contributing to clinic leadership and operations
?    Build positive relationships with community members and promote wellness and preventive care
Qualifications:
?    Current CRNS registration as a Nurse Practitioner in good standing
?    Experience in primary care, community health, or rural nursing (asset)
?    Strong leadership, communication, and cultural competency skills
?    Commitment to holistic, patient-centered care
?    Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ITLS, CPR HCP, Transfer of Dangerous Goods, and Immunization (Inoculist)
Flexibility with work rotations
