How youll be spending your time
Leading a team of Financial Services Advisors and Associates to ensure our members receive financial solutions to meet their needs and improve their financial well-being
Providing coaching/mentoring to employees, and actively working on development, performance, and supporting your team to achieve individual and company sales goals
Empowering your team to build meaningful, supportive relationships with their members
Collaborating and working in partnership with the Branch Manager for leadership inside and outside the branch (in the community), resulting in improved branch performance.

The experience you bring
Preference given to related post-secondary degree or diploma, five to seven years related experience in wealth or financial services. An equivalent combination of education or experience may be considered.
Mutual Fund Accreditation or successful completion of accreditation within 3 months of hire is required.
