The Mennonite Nursing Home and Complex in Rosthern, SK is inviting applications for a permanent full time Administrative Office Assistant.

Responsibilities:
- Greets public and provides information, telephone coverage
- Assist with handling/balancing of cash and bank deposits
- Creates, edits and formats documents.
- Creates and maintains spreadsheets and databases, inputs statistics and prepares reports.
- Provides administrative support for meetings (agendas, minutes).
- Acts as a resource person for residents and staff.
- Maintains and troubleshoots office equipment.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with financial software or systems is a plus
