We are currently seeking Training Coordinator to join our Saskatoon Manufacturing Plant. Training Coordinator are hardworking, positive, and eager employees that is responsible for ensuring that the training and development activities for the Manufacturing site.

The Qualified Candidate will have:
- Degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations Management or Management, Adult Education, or related field; the equivalent of education and work experience will be considered.

The ideal Candidate will have:
- Experience in the development and delivery of training.
- Direct knowledge of different training methodologies, training needs assessment, and training material creation.
- Experience as lead speaker to small and large groups of people.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in maintaining high level of drive and energy to meet individual and group goals during periods of higher-than-normal workload.
- Experience in building lasting relationships with other departments and key business partners.
