Job description:

The Director provides senior administrative and project leadership across St. Pauls Hospital, the Hospice at Glengarda and Emmanual Health. The role is responsible for project management, facility and space planning, leasing and rental agreements, community property development, and cross-campus operations integration. The position may be required to partner with other health sector agencies and government on future capital health infrastructure projects.
Grounded in the Grey Nuns legacy and Catholic Identity in Practice, the Director ensures values-based integration across planning and operational initiatives, working closely with SPH&F, Facilities, Capital Planning, and community partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and coach partners in the operational readiness including both clinical and infrastructure design, development, implementation and evaluation.
- Partner with Facilities, Capital Planning, and clinical leaders to support short- and long-term space decisions.
- Oversee the development of a C-Wing tenancy program, inclusive of the needs of SHA and CBO partners serving the community and aligned with the SPH&F mandate  creating a revenue stream.
- Support planning for future housing units, capital development and tenancy programming.
- Support and develop administrative and facilities teams, including supervision of the Lead, Emergency Preparedness & Facilities Coordination.
